The application provides the client with a formal, standardised and automated method of collecting meeting minutes via a tablet application for Android and iOS platforms, which will be deployed to the client’s corporate application store. At present the client records meeting minutes via numerous media that each use their own layout and distribution method. The application seeks to remedy this issue by providing a formal structure for recording meeting minutes, a common distribution method and automation techniques to speed up the process – saving the client valuable time.
Unlike other similar applications available on commercial application stores, the automation in the application offers the option to create meeting minutes with pre-populated meeting information from the user’s calendar, add attendees and assign action points to employees on the client’s corporate directory and share the finalised meeting minutes report directly from the application.
